Welcome to Stride Podiatry and Foot Care, a new specialist clinic in Pembrokeshire dedicated to providing the highest standard of foot and lower-limb care. Healthy feet are essential for mobility, independence, and overall wellbeing, which is why I combine the latest research with advanced diagnostic technology to create personalised, evidence-based treatment plans.
With over 25 years of experience, I’ve helped thousands of patients improve their foot health. My career has taken me from routine foot care to specialising in musculoskeletal podiatry working as a senior clinician in a busy multidisciplinary clinic, managing a wide range of complex lower-limb conditions.
At Stride Podiatry, I offer comprehensive services for all aspects of foot health, including routine foot care, treatment and prevention for the 'at risk foot', nail surgery, gait analysis, foot pain treatment, cosmetic treatments such as advanced nail reconstruction, and rehabilitation for lower-limb injuries. Whether you’re seeking relief from foot pain, recovering from an injury, or maintaining long-term foot health, you can trust I have the expertise to support you.
