Once you’ve been assessed by a specialist podiatrist, we’ll create a personalised treatment plan that may include targeted exercises, stretches, and custom-made insoles (orthotic devices) designed to address your specific needs.

Orthotics help correct biomechanical issues and provide extra support where your feet need it most. The type and style of orthotic will depend on your individual assessment.

Often, we begin with a simple handmade/ over the counter or ‘chairside’ orthotic to fine-tune the correction before prescribing a long-term custom device. While bespoke orthotics are more expensive, they offer greater durability and come with a manufacturer’s guarantee.

Unless on repeat prescription, all functional insoles/orthotics require an MSK/Biomechanical Assessment.
