Hello
I’m Sally James, a degree-qualified Podiatrist with over 25 years of experience helping people improve their foot health, comfort, and mobility. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of treating thousands of patients, from those seeking routine foot care to individuals with complex lower-limb conditions requiring advanced assessment and rehabilitation.
My Story
During my professional journey I have worked in both the NHS and private sector, collaborating closely with foot and ankle consultants, physiotherapists, chiropractors, and osteopaths. I have worked as a senior clinician within a busy multidisciplinary clinic, managing a wide range of lower-limb pathologies, and helping patients recover function, reduce pain, and return to the activities they love. This multidisciplinary experience has strengthened my holistic approach to treatment — looking beyond symptoms to identify and address the underlying cause.
I’m experienced in all aspects of podiatric care, including: Routine and aesthetic foot care, nail surgery under local anaesthetic, neurovascular assessments and wound care, musculoskeletal assessment and rehabilitation, and biomechanical analysis and prescription orthotics.
Above all, I’m passionate about my profession and believe that strong foot function is the foundation of overall wellbeing and movement. Whether you’re recovering from injury, struggling with persistent pain, looking for preventative action, or simply want to maintain healthy feet, my goal is to help you move with comfort, confidence, and strength.
